Halloween downtown Trick or Treating 4-5:30pm at local businesses, Award-winning Honeybee Steelband has collaborated with Haitian dance instructor, Sylvestre Telfort and Senegalese drum and dance instructor Chimie Bangoura, to create a multi-cultural Halloween parade event and street party! There will be music, dancing, food and a lot of 'Zombees' at this downtown extravaganza!
