Writing the Land: Poetry Reading
May 26, 2021 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Free
Writing the Land is a project connecting authors and poets to conserved landscapes across the Northeast. Four poets—Rachelle Parker, Kathy Kremins, Sylvia Karman, and David Crews—are visiting Northeast Wilderness Trust’s Ambassador Preserves, which are wilderness landscapes more easily accessible to the public for reciprocal, responsible experiences of wild nature. In this evening of words and images, each poet will share their lyric offering to Nature in the Northeast, accompanied by images of the land, water, plants, and animals who inspire them.
