Metals: VHS Virtual Home Collections Care Class

The Vermont Historical Society’s Virtual Home Collections Care Class series will focus on metals in a virtual presentation on March 16 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Do you have a family silver set? Pewter keepsakes? Brass candlesticks or lamps? Learn how to properly handle them, pack them away, and address basic preservation concerns with VHS Collections Manager Teresa Greene and Executive Director Steve Perkins.
As part of the program, they’ll encourage the first ten people who sign up to share what they’re most interested in preserving and have a conversation about the meaningful metal pieces in our lives.
Members: $5/class or $10/series
Non-members: $10/class or $20/series
