Explore nature after dark! Learn about how our eyes work in the darkness and what happens to color once the sun goes down. Enhance your hearing with ‘deer ears,’ use your skills to play night-time games, and get to know your nocturnal neighbors in the natural world. This is a casual outing for families with children ages 8 and up, covering up to 0.6 miles along flat, 5′-wide grassy paths at the Nature Center. Facilitated by NBNC Teacher-Naturalist Fiona Modrak. Free but pre-registration is required.
