COVID Recovery: Wellness Through Gratitude

Research has consistently supported the benefits of practicing gratitude in enhancing mental, emotional and physical well-being. Join us for this one hour workshop to explore ways that you can develop and integrate a gratitude practice into your daily life. Facilitators will provide support, encouragement and opportunities for interaction in finding ways to promote wellness and recovery through gratitude. Repeats June 1, and June 15, 3pm – 4pm
