Ayurvedic Cleanse

Reset your digestive fire with nourishing foods, gentle detox and restorative practices. This guided 8-day Ayurvedic cleanse is designed to support your whole system to clear boggy lymph, flush digestive channels and reconnect with your most wholesome Self. This cleanse is NOT based on deprivation! You will be well nourished and supported by two experienced counselors, a comprehensive manual and regular (Zoom) meetings with our cleansing group.
