Billy came to CVHS when his owner was no longer able to care for him. Billy enjoys spending his time laying on his favorite cat bed while watching the birds out the window. He loves to spend time with his humans when he is the only cat getting attention. Billy is a bit of a couch potato and would do best in a calm home with older children. We believe he would be OK with a very cat-savvy, lazy dog.
