Recently I attended a memorial service at the Green Mount Cemetery in Montpelier and was appalled by the conditions of the grounds. I realize workers are limited, but the city should take more pride in the conditions of the area. Mowing is a must. How can families even find where their loved ones are? Maybe hiring an outside firm to mow until usual laborers are available may be an option. Take pride, Montpelier.
